These include multiple secured window displays, TV screens in each room of the lounge to broadcast brand films and reinforce the brand’s storytelling, or the sponsorship of a lounge room fully dedicated to a single brand. Also, our team of shopping experts is on hand to inform VIP Globe Shoppers about the products displayed and may also escort guests to the brand’s nearest store to finalise a sale.
Key metrics for merchants
After targeting and connecting with VIP Globe Shoppers through these channels, affiliated merchants can measure the impact of their marketing campaigns via Global Blue’s tracking system, sales in-store dashboard and traveller insights, which examine new leads, drive-to-store activations and in-store conversions.
